Joe Baldassari has represented clients in private practice since 1986. He has appeared before the Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Workers' Compensation Judges and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. He has also represented clients in the New Jersey Superior Court,the U.S.District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court in New Jersey. Joe also continues to represent dependent children through his affiliations with the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project in Montgomery County.
